Spacious, clean and very nice!
This room was huge for Japan! It was clean and had a ton of amenities. It’s steps from Tokyo Station making it pretty easy to get wherever you want to go. I enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful hotel with well accommodating rooms and lots of thought behind every detail.
This hotel had many wonderful little details in the room including decor and books. There were also so many great amenities they offered in the room for use, including hair treatments and skin care. The rain shower was great too! I will definitely be using this hotel the next time I return to Japan due to its proximity to Tokyo Station and the friendly staff.

Great hotel in a great location.
We booked the Standard Queen Room. -Clean and tidy -Good amenities -Good size -Power points and USB charging everywhere -Close to metros, Tokyo station -Good Smoking Room on Reception floor -Vending machines + Ice, alcoholic drinks and coin laundry on multiple floors. -Excellent buffet style breakfast. Japanese style, some western options. -We liked the firm beds, others may not. -Surprisingly quiet. -Separate toilet to the bathroom (somewhat rare for hotels in this price range)
Nothing negative comes to mind. -No room service maybe? Excellent restaurant within the hotel though.
